Is the price per person?
No. The displayed fare is for one private vehicle. The passenger count determines which vehicle classes are available.
Which transfer types can I book?
You can book an airport pickup, an airport drop-off, or a round trip consisting of one pickup and one drop-off on separate dates.
Does a round trip include a car for the whole stay?
No. A round trip includes two separate airport transfers. It is not a full-day or multi-day chauffeur rental.
How is the price calculated?
The price is based on the selected airport, direction and vehicle class using the fare published on the booking page. The fare is for the whole vehicle.
Do you cover destinations throughout the city?
The published fare covers destinations within the selected city. An address outside that city requires a separate quotation before booking.
When will I receive my confirmation?
After the payment provider confirms payment, Chinafun sends a booking email with a PDF payment receipt. Driver assignment and meeting-point details are confirmed separately.
What if my flight is delayed or changed?
Contact the support address shown in your booking confirmation as soon as possible. Any waiting-time charges or changes are handled under the published booking terms.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
Please review the published Booking Terms for the applicable notice periods, change rules, cancellation conditions and refund policy.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required when guest checkout is enabled. You can complete the booking with your contact details and the required payment information.
