4. How can I track my order?

5、Why has your parcel been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated yet?

  1. When the product is made and delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded on all order pages.
  2. Due to international shipping, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the international transit center airport. During this period, the international transit center will not have any shipping information. The shipping information will be updated after the package arrives at the international transit center and is scanned.

So please don’t worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.

6. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at Ada@chinafun.co We’ll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund.
